Our icons and are awesome action descriptions don't normally describe how all of our characters look or other tells about them. Here's that time to clarify all of that. Give us a better idea of what your character looks like and how they sound. Are they a sad sack? A happy sack? We shall see here!

King Richard | Galavant

KING RICHARD AGE: Late 40s HEIGHT/STATURE: 6'1 / 186cm WEIGHT/BUILD: A kingly sum GENDER: Male RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Pure (technically married) HAIR: Graying brown EYES: Blue ORIGIN: Richard's Land, Earth. Yes, his kingdom is never named. But it's probably England. LANGUAGE: English VISION Richard is an older gentleman with long and flowing hair with a glorious beard to go with it. Although he grew up wearing silks, lately his time on the road has him wearing less luxurious clothing. This includes lots of leather that speaks of wealth, but not necessarily his status. That particular garment has been patched together since the crash, so it's an old standby. In the Royal Guard, he wears more black including whatever passes for a regulation helmet. he does have a few rings with his royal signet, whatever that might be. He does not have any of his crowns, which is just tragic. SOUND A sample here! Richard is easily excitable, so his voice tends to vary from a lower pitch when he's trying to be serious to a higher pitch when he gets excited or nervous. Being from an area that is probably England, he sounds exactly like a man would that is an American trying to approximate an English accent in a comedic period piece. Although hailing from the 13th century, his dialect is very modern because he is created from the very fabric of anachronisms. For the most part, he speaks pretty casually, but he switch to the formal and commanding tone of a king on a dime. SCENT A bit of a manly musk, though with definite hints of fancy soaps. Since he works in the armory now, he mostly smells of leather and steel. Also lizard farts. MISC. Richard has his friend, Tad Cooper, who is a real life actual dragon. It's not a good idea to call it a lizard, because Richard Tad Cooper is very sensitive about that. He survives on a diet of fruits, vegetables, insects, and small animals... for now.

ROCKET AGE: I mean he's an adult raccoonoid, but he's likely 6ish. Sort of in the middle age bracket when you consider that he's a lab experiment and his lifespan is probably shit. HEIGHT/STATURE: 3'0 and he never slouches, because he wants to look AS TALL AS POSSIBLE. He is never going to be tall. WEIGHT/BUILD: 28 lbs. He skinny. GENDER: Male. RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single and asexual. HAIR: Mottled brown/red with some black and gray thrown in. EYES: Reddish brown. ORIGIN: Half-World LANGUAGE: [Sound of car horn blaring] VISION He's scrawny, scruffy-looking, but kind of adorable if you don't look too closely at those forty sharp teeth and he doesn't open his mouth and start talking. Despite being small, Rocket carries himself as if he's much bigger with the tough guy swagger of a much more intimidating creature. When he wants to command a room, he commands it, and sure it usually helps that he used to have a giant tree behind him to back up the majority of his threats, but he still puts on a grand show of acting like he's the biggest and the toughest. No one really can loom over him. He resembles an Earth raccoon down to the black mask around his eyes and his ringed tail, though it's best not to call him one. He hates that. On his chest, usually always visible, are two metal brackets just over his clavicle that are... actually exposed bits of his cybernetic shoulder implants. Rocket's fashion sense seems to be "practical" in every way- he wears one-piece jumpsuits made of material that has a lot of stretch to it, so it doesn't inhibit his movement any, allowing him to drop down on all fours and run if he has to. He also wears leather body armor on his back that has a specialized magnet he can hook his guns to. Around his waist, he wears a belt with several pouches that hold his tools. He has several scars, none of them all that visible due to his clothes and fur, particularly underneath his arms, around his legs, and vivisection scars that stretch from chest to groin. His worst scars are on his back where the scarring is so bad, his fur won't grow back and he has several more metal pieces embedded into his spine. His specific cybernetic enhancements are likely as follows, not that anyone CAN ACTUALLY SEE THEM, but hey someone might wanna know: Custom hips, capable of "locking" his legs in an upright or all-fours position; custom joints, enhanced/extended bones in his fingers, making them more disconcertingly human-like; extra spine support and flexibility to allow him to walk upright or on all fours with no physical harm done to it; cybernetic enhancements to his vocal chords that allow him to speak; enhancements in his eyes that allow him to see better than an average raccoon; a makeshift metal sternum bracketed onto his skeleton above his ribs and around his spine with reinforced support in his shoulders, enabling him to carry and fire guns with no damage due to weight and recoil. This is on top of the fact that his entire skeleton is fused with fusocarbon alloy and some of his organs are likely mechanical. If he runs, he runs on all fours. Honestly, he's a pretty freaky little beast when he moves SOUND He sounds like Oscar Nominee Bradley Cooper™ speaking with a pronounced Philly accent. He is extremely informal and swears like a sailor. The hilarious part is he's extremely intelligent and seems to have the capability to be well-spoken (he drops a lot of ten dollar words all the time), but chooses not to. Like seriously, he can/will actively make his grammar worse when he's being a sardonic little shit. Most of his verbal tics seem to be how many times he can insert "frickin" into a sentence before it becomes nonsensical. Rocket's tone is perpetually sardonic and even his neutral voice sounds done with everything. He always sounds a little bit like he's on edge or pissy, unless he's enjoying himself (usually at another person's expense.) He laughs like a maniac. And then, of course, he has to go and be SAD and ruin everything. SCENT HE DOES NOT SMELL GREAT, LEMME TELL YOU. He smells like grease and singed fur and like... you know, an animal that probably doesn't bathe that often. He's not like grossly offensive wild animal smelly, though. More like... housepet that hasn't taken a bath in awhile and somehow always smells a little like grease. If you have a really sensitive nose, you can smell the metal. Because a lot of it... is exposed. MISC. His ears are really soft. But you can't touch them.

Princess Allura | Voltron

PRINCESS ALLURA AGE: idk late teens. HEIGHT/STATURE: i hc her at 5'6" she's average. WEIGHT/BUILD: slim & athletic GENDER: female RELATIONSHIP STATUS: single HAIR: hella long and white/silvery in colour EYES: blue irises and the center of her pupils are a bright fuchsia ORIGIN: Altea LANGUAGE: Altean & idk some Common language that is coincidentally English-ish the show never explains. VISION She carries herself in the sort of proper way you'd expect a Princess to carry herself. Posed, elegant, head held high. She tends to wear dresses when not suited up for battle, and said dresses typically veer on the more conservative side: long skirts and tops that reach her neck. Now that she's a part of the Royal Guard she'll be wearing a variation of her full body flightsuit that's all black as per uniform specifications, save for pink accents because pink is a significant colour for her. She has dark skin, pointed (elf-like) ears, and pink triangle-shaped markings under her eyes, and said markings can glow when under emotional duress, both positive or negative. They're not tattoos and are a naturally occurring marking for her species. I also headcanon her with similar geometric markings (also pink) on her body, specifically on her back, chest, abdomen, and the upper part of her arms. She is always wearing her circlet. SOUND She speaks very formally, and does not use contractions as often as other people might. She's got a fake!British accent going for her that can give Ep. IV Princess Leia a run for her money. Here's a SPOILER clip from S3 that showcases her voice well. SCENT A LIGHT FLORAL SCENT BC SHE USES GIRLY BATH PRODUCTS MISC. TENDS TO LIKE GOOPY GREEN FOOD?? idk that's what Alteans eat when traveling in space at least. She has minor shapeshifting abilities where she can change her skin tone to one colour at a time, and can also change her height to be taller or (I'm assuming) shorter. It's something all Alteans can do so they can blend into their surroundings and the local population more easily. She also has super strength and LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of magical energy called quintessence so if you're attuned to strong energies Allura is probably like bursting with it. She also has pet mice (who she wants to get back) and can communicate with them telepathically.

JADE HARLEY AGE: 16! She'll be 17 in December. HEIGHT/STATURE: There's no canon height for Jade, but I like to imagine she's a pintsized powerhouse, and put at her 5'3"! WEIGHT/BUILD: There's no canon weight for Jade, and I'm bad at knowing what's a decent weight to put someone at without doing an hour of research. That said, I headcanon Jade as having an athletic, slim build; she has a surprising amount of muscle in her, especially in her arms and legs, though I don't think she's done enough crunches in her life to warrant a six pack :p GENDER: Female! RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single, not at all ready to mingle but Who Knows in the future HAIR: It's black, and extremely long, well past her waist in length. It has the appearance of being kind of wild and choppy, as if she's cut it (poorly) herself in the past. EYES: Electric green! Jade also has extremely long and noticeable eyelashes. ORIGIN: Hellmurder island in the Pacific Ocean on Earth, where she lived alone with her dog and stuffed grandpop. LANGUAGE: Her native language is English and that's all she speaks at the moment! VISION Jade's middle name is peppy. She holds her back straight and her posture is very 'at attention', she's always focused and present in the moment. If she's not, it's obvious, because her shoulders will slouch and her posture will become more lazy. She wears her hair down, all the time, and while it's texturally a little wavier than expected, it's a little difficult to tell since Jade's hair is pretty wild and choppy most of the time. She favors bright colored, feminine pieces in clothing, but nothing that's tight and fitted. She likes to be able to move in her clothes, since she's a very active person who is pretty much constantly doing at least two things at once! She's surprisingly materialistic, perhaps; her appearance and clothing in particular matters a lot to her and she tries to make sure everything she wears is very much "her" style. If it's got a tutu skirt, she wants it. In addition to her unnaturally bright eyes, Jade doesn't have normal human ears! Instead, Jade has white, fluffy dog ears on top of her head. She doesn't have a tail, unfortunately :'( SOUND Jade doesn't have a canon voice. However, I like to imagine she sounds very similar to Judy Garland as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. She has a bit of a wispy way of speaking; her sentences can be long and she doesn't use contractions much. She also avoids curse words and speaks a bit like a child friendly educational program at times! However, an underlying message with all her speech is that Jade is very excited about whatever she's talking about, all the time. She's very peppy and sweet, but has a slightly deeper tone than you'd expect her to have. Additionally, she has a bit of a verbal tic - Jade barks. Like a dog. She's half dog. She can control them for the most part but may become unable to control her "woof"s around other animals, especially cats!! SCENT HAHAHA Jade has no idea that soap can be scented, probably, and just kind of smells like. Well, soap? Someone should teach her about girly bath stuff some day, she'd love it. Aside from just kind of smelling... "clean", I suppose, Jade would have an underlying scent of "dog". You know. Just.... "dog". When she bathes, it's more noticeable! MISC. Jade is a vegetarian! Though, she will have the occasional meat craving. She has no idea how "normal" people certain things like cleaning and canonically dumped a rag in a toilet bowl to wet it so she could wipe stuff down... She has the ability to teleport and fly, and is canonically referred to by the title Witch of Space. It gives her the ability to manipulate space as she wills. Jade's also a massive nuclear physics nerd, and super loves plants; it's her main hobby and gardening was how she got her main source of food. She's also an excellent markswoman. She knows her way around guns, and seems to favor rifles above all else.

ROSE LALONDE AGE: 16, she'll be 17 in December! HEIGHT/STATURE: 5'6" WEIGHT/BUILD: 126 lbs GENDER: Female RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Dating an alien vampire girl back home HAIR: Blonde EYES: Purple ORIGIN: Originally upstate New York LANGUAGE: English, picked up a bit of Alternian in the last few years VISION Just slightly on the tall side, Rose has a narrow build without much in the way of curves. She generally sticks with her bright orange godtier garb for the sake of convenience, but she mixes it up sometimes for special occasions. Her hair is kept short (she let her girlfriend give her an undercut in the back a year or two ago) and she always wears a headband. She does her makeup in a pretty gothy fashion, with heavy eyeliner and neat dark lipstick, usually black but sometimes in very dark red or purple instead. Her eyes are the same vibrant purple she types in. Sometimes she paints her nails, but she doesn't maintain it very well and it's more often chipped than not. SOUND She has a very smooth, even manner of speaking, all carefully enunciated and free of any verbal stumbling. It's pretty soothing, honestly. It takes some really intense circumstances to get her agitated enough to yell, but she can be a bit snappish when annoyed. A pretty good Rose voicing here! SCENT Terezi said she smells like an orange creamsicle, but for normal people without crazy synesthesia she probably smells more like whatever soap and shampoo she's using (she tends towards lavender and tea scents). MISC. Always types over using voice or video outside of special circumstances, and always uses her custom purple courier font when typing. She writes with purple ink by hand too. She can fly and makes good use of it to avoid dealing with crowds and sometimes just to show off a little. For all her poise, she's kinda messy, and sometimes when she gets too absorbed in a project she overworks herself to the point of falling asleep on her desk or half curled up in a chair.

GENDER: male RELATIONSHIP STATUS: single, bit of a prude, thinks kissing is racy HAIR: dark brown EYES: blue ORIGIN: the historical Camelot, earth LANGUAGE: Like fucking Celtic? but for the purposes of rp he speaks Easily Translated Language. He can also talk to dragons, and his magic spells if he actually says them are their own language as well. These are Homeric Greek and Old English, respectively, but once again that's for TV....... VISION If Merlin has his way, he will always be wearing the same dang outfit, although he has the same shirt/neckerchief in a few different colors to really go wild with it. So basically he's always dressed like a ye olde servant in the "not even wealthy enough for a uniform" sense. He's lanky and all over the place and gets in the way with how clumsy he is, and can and will get underfoot as often as possible. Holding still is very difficult. He doesn't look very intimidating, obviously... Also he got them big ears. SOUND To sum up: wall to wall sarcasm. Merlin is a master of the Yes Sir Anything You Say Sir (Asshole) tone of voice, the one where it's very obvious he's being a little shit but no one bothers to call him out on it. He talks too fast when he's excited and he cries/gets choked up too easily. He tends to shout more when he's frustrated than when he's actually angry. His talking to dragons voice like drops an octave for no reason but we'll ignore that. Here is a lovely sample and here is another!! SCENT Cheap soap and probably whatever dirt gets all over him when he winds up falling face first into a mess every day. MISC. His eyes glow gold when he does magic but he's barely attempting to be lowkey about it anymore, so whatever.

JUNPEI TENMYOUJI AGE: 22 HEIGHT/STATURE: like 5'8" i made this up WEIGHT/BUILD: Also skinny. GENDER: male RELATIONSHIP STATUS: single but he's already basically spoken for, so nvm HAIR: it's brown, please ignore ZTD's weird purple tint EYES: also brown, please just ignore ZTD's weird coloring ORIGIN: Born in Japan and lived there until at least middle school, then moved to the US and presumably lives somewhere out west in or close enough to Nevada. LANGUAGE: Japanese, English VISION Terminally bad fashion, in both 999 and ZTD he's cosplaying Marty McFly, verifiably bad? He genuinely likes plaid and puffy vests, v-neck tshirts, doesn't wear socks... His emo kid in leather jacket outfit is the best thing he's worn in his entire life, and it's still an emo kid in leather jacket outfit. His hair is usually messy and he looks tired literally all the time, like, even when he's having fun he looks like he doesn't want to be there. He tends to slouch and cross his arms angrily and slouch more when he's in a bad mood, which is a lot. Generally his posture is withdrawn, though he has moments of dorky chest puffed out overconfidence still left in him somewhere. He will also never ever voluntarily wear a watch or a bracelet ever again, for spooky puzzle reasons. SOUND More sarcasm? From my characters? Impossible... Junpei is kind of tonally flat 80% of the time and tends to make everything sound like he's bored or tired or disappointed. When he's excited there's an edge of surprise to it, like he's shocked that excitement is a real emotion people actually feel. He swears a lot when he gets mad and shouts too much. "Uh" is the centerpiece of his vocabulary. His voice gets softer when he's trying to reason with or empathize with someone. Here is a clip that covers pretty much all the Junpei vocal bases but also has a load of Zero Time Dilemma spoilers, so here is a clip from 999 where he says "uh" too much. He talks to himself a lot, too. SCENT like whiskey No, he smells like... a dude...? MISC. One day he's going to get a cute dog but not yet........ uhhh he collects sneakers, that's fun right?? He dies a lot.

Senren Lavellan AGE: 25 HEIGHT/STATURE: 5'6, he is a smol elf WEIGHT/BUILD: probably a 120-125 pounds, he's skinny and lithe. This boy can't gain muscle mass. GENDER: Male RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single HAIR: Pale blond EYES: green eyes ORIGIN: Thedas, Dalish elf LANGUAGE: Common, some Elven VISION The most prominent feature Senren has is his facial tattoos. His hair is pale blond and untidy, clearly he doesn't mind the bed head and has very green prominent eyes. Lastly, he's fairly pale and has got those very pointed ears, because he is an elf. (Shut up, Richard they're totally normal ears.) Senren stands straight and carries himself how a leader should and head held up. At least, when he's acting leadery. Most other times, his posture is more relaxed and carefree, often leaning on his staff. When he is sad Senren withdraws in on himself, holding his arms close to his body as if to protect himself. Lavellan's casual clothes are basically this. He walks around with foot coverings with his toes and heel exposed. He's basically a heathen. (Someday I will fix this drawing.) The tunic part is a deep blue with the center being white. The sash is a dark silver, the leggings are black as well as the arm gloves. His royal guard armour and his regular armour are about the same except is royal guard armor is all black and his regular's shirt is a deep blue. Underneath his clothes he has a few scars across his back and on his abdomen. The one on his abdomen is a stab wound that scared into a faded white and the rest are just slash marks. SOUND Senren sounds like this british guy. He talks with a lot of confidence, optimism and is very friendly to just about anyone he meets. Though his tone takes a deeper tone when he is sounding a bit more serious. In times of weakness or when he's sad, his voice definitely carries a noticeable melancholy. SCENT He smells like the woods. Like trees and stuff. Probably a cedar smell. MISC. Don't touch his ears. He also wants his Hart mount back. ?

Gaius Worzel | The Legend of Heroes series

Gaius Worzel AGE: 18 HEIGHT/STATURE: ~6' WEIGHT/BUILD: He's very fit. GENDER: Male RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single HAIR: Brown EYES: Blue-Grey ORIGIN: Nord Highlands, the continent of Zemuria LANGUAGE: Zemurian VISION Gaius, at first glance, is said to be tall and difficult to approach. His skin is noticeably darker than most characters in canon. He keeps good posture and often wears darker colors. When working in the royal guard, he wears all black and has an okay fashion sense. Sometimes. There's a tattoo on his forearm that's almost always visible; he prefers short sleeves, so it's only covered if he's wearinga jacket. SOUND Gaius speaks politely and somewhat formally, but being eighteen and in school there's a lot of casual tone in his speech as well. His dialogue is often warm and marked with chuckling before he speaks. He very rarely uses an angry tone and instead sounds friendly and curious. His voice is deeper and more masculine than the rest of his class and can be heard here. He's voiced by Kaiji Tang in the English dub. He often thanks the wind and/or 'the Goddess' when he speaks. SCENT Gaius might always smell like he's been around trees or nature but not in an unpleasant way. He uses a small amount of cologne, but the scents are likely to include things like sandalwood, cedarwood, etc. It's not overwhelming, but he's always clean and smells like it unless he's been working up a sweat. MISC. Gaius almost always has his spear with him, but when he's in town and not on patrol he'll wrap the blade to make it less intimidating. He's decidedly human, but he has the ability to read auras with the wind and can pick up on dangerous presences, the presence of elements around him, etc.

ANN TAKAMAKI AGE: 16 HEIGHT/STATURE: 5'6" WEIGHT/BUILD: Thin. GENDER: Female RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single, but ready to tsun. HAIR: Blonde EYES: Blue ORIGIN: sweats. THERE'S NOTHING ON THIS LANGUAGE: Japanese, English, and bits and pieces of Finnish/Swedish. VISION Ann appears a bit more withdrawn, usually wearing a jacket with her hands in her pockets. While she can have moments of confidence, she's still adjusting to the situation they all find themselves in. She tends to lose the withdrawn opinion when she gets up in arms about something — either awkwardly rubbing the back of her head, playing cute to hide her feelings like twisting her body to and fro, or just outbursting in a stomped foot. Ann is very much a character that can flip emotions nicely. The first thing noticeable is definitely the big poofy blonde twintails. From where she was taken from (Japan) — blonde is definitely less common. She keeps her hair style mostly like that out of her sense of self-made style. If you catch her when she's in her Panther catsuit, you'd notice she has a flipside personality as well. She has moments of commanding the battlefield / acting confident but most likely with boys and adults around, she tries to cover herself up and is shown shrinking away. This shows her discomfort with the sexualized outfit. SOUND She's a fucking hipster millenial. I've said "totes" and "like" so often doing tags with her. JEsus. SCENT UH....? She smells like sweets, maybe? Ann is always snacking so I'm sorry if you smell cinnamon or maybe cheetos on her fingers. I don't fucking know. MISC. Ann can literally summon a giant salsa dancer Persona known as Carmen. She loves her very much. please love her

Magnus Burnsides | The Adventure Zone

MAGNUS BURNSIDES AGE: 32 HEIGHT/STATURE: 6'5" WEIGHT/BUILD: 270 lbs? Big and brawny. GENDER: Male RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Widower HAIR: Dark Auburn/Brown EYES: Brown ORIGIN: It's Complicated.... But he would say Raven's Roost. LANGUAGE: Common (English), Elven, Thieves' Cant, Mannequin VISION Magnus is very tall, very brawny, and generally has the look of someone who could fuck you up, and who has probably fucked up many people before you. He has dark auburn hair, a plain face with a square jaw, and big bushy sideburns and eyebrows. His body is extremely muscley but not cut; there's a healthy layer of fat over his muscles that suggests someone who bulked up not so much by hitting the gym to get in shape, but someone who is built to be a bruiser. Think more wrestler body than Marvel bod. He has a lot of scars - his hands are calloused and look to have been knicked many times by knives, but the wounds on most of his body seem likely to have come from a weapon, teeth, or claws. Some of the scars look like they were probably pretty nasty before they healed up, especially the big one on his back. In his icons, he has a nasty scar over one eye - he doesn't have that here in El Nysa, yet. Magnus generally dresses pretty simply. He wears simple shirts and pants that are easy to move around in. On casual fridays, he's been known to wear tanks and cargo shorts. He has terrible, terrible straight boy fashion sense and can often be seen sporting t-shirts with stupid slogans on them. He particularly likes Big Dogs t-shirts, but since they can't be purchased here, he draws the dogs and slogans on them himself. Over his clothes, though, he's often wearing, if not some sort of armor, at least a leather tunic for protection. He always, even in tanks and cargo shorts, has a few pouches tied at his waist, and his shield and a sword strapped to his back. He doesn't go grocery shopping without his weapons on him in case of an ambush. SOUND He sounds like Travis McElroy sometimes remembering to do a slightly gruff voice. Sample here and here and here? He's definitely supposed to sound like a gruff manly man, both in tone of voice and in word choice. Very 'hail and well met, my good adventurers.' When he's getting serious, he has a rustic down to earth vibe and tends to speak very plainly and straightforwardly. However, he also gets easily excitable, and when he does that, he tends to yell, interrupts a lot, and uses a lot of run on sentences. He also often? Uses upward inflection? Like most Adventure Zone characters, his language wildly shifts from high fantasy to anachronistic slang. SCENT He smells like Axe. Like the body spray. Get it? Yeah, you get it. What a great joke. On a good day, I think we're kind of in the realm of rustic carpenter manly man, so your basic Mountain Lodge Yankee Candle Boyfriend genre of scents. Actual results may vary. But he also usually smells like a dude who sweats a lot and does his own laundry inconsistently. MISC. Rustic. He's a man of the people. He has well established rustic hospitality, meaning he has a lot of extra charm and charisma to your peasants, your townies, your Average Joes. He comes off as likable and down to earth, so if you're also a rustic person, you are innately inclined to like him and feed him grandma's homemade stew and shield him from his enemies. I don't make the rules. On the flip side, if you're a noble or come off that way, he's more inclined to be suspicious of you, especially if you're in a position if authority. He also is skilled in carpentry, is good with animals (and loves almost all animals to pieces), and has vehicle proficiency, whatever that means. Despite definitely looking like someone who has seen his fair share of fights, Magnus doesn't necessarily come across as intimidating. He can, if he wants to, but most of the time, he comes off as a big goofball. He's very fidgety and can't keep still, and is generally moving around and being physical. He makes big gestures, emotes strongly - usually smiling and laughing, but he cries often, too - and usually has a very friendly demeanor. However, if he's angry with you, you'll know it, as he'll be right up in your face and may possibly punch you in yours.

I headcanon he prefers citrus scents, and his cologne likely has notes of that as well. MISC. He has a few other scattered scars, both werewolf-related and not, but he's not totally covered in them. SOUND Well-spoken, usually even-toned and pleasant in a way that makes it easy to not notice when he's being sarcastic. Depending on the situation and topic of conversation he might be chatty and animated—he talks with his hands a little but not so much he'll hit someone in the face—or he might be more quiet and watchful. Although she ages, due to the biotic technology she installed in her suit and uses on her own body, she appears to be younger than she actually is. This is also a result of her usually impeccable living habits. SOUND The voice of an angel. Specifically, a Swiss German one. Her accent is pretty thicc--the thickest part of her, tbh--and becomes more so when she's agitated. Normally she doesn't bother with the way she slaughters some pronunciations. However, if she wants to, she will put in the effort to learn the proper cadence of someone's name. Otherwise, she has a pretty expressive voice. She sighs a lot, lets warmth into her voice when she's feeling it, and has no problem adopting a sassy tone when people are leaving her undefended. SCENT Like nothing, save clean skin. As a doctor she avoids any scents so she does not upset a patient with sensitivities. She does sweat, though not unless she's very stressed. The smell of her body was a bit odd in a society where everyone was lathering themselves up with so many scented products. MISC. Her codename is Mercy, and she still uses it. Also, she's a bit vain, and doesn't mind making dramatic gestures at people. Two thumbs down!! Ever since leaving Overwatch, she has always adorned herself with symbols recognisable as those of a doctor/healer, so, if she comes across one more universal than a caduceus or cross, she'll find a way to incorporate that into her look.

It also sounds quite deep despite said quietness. If he's yelling, though, he can visibly sound more emotive than his usual deadpan voice allows. SOUND I'm playing Prompto with his English VA, Robbie Daymond, in mind. Generally speaking, Prompto is loud and speaks with gusto, often adding vocal flair to dramatize whatever he's saying for comedic effect. However, when nervous or uncomfortable, it's not uncommon for him to trip over his words or stutter. There's a slight vocal-fried squeak to his voice, making him sound a little younger than he is; he's a definite tenor. This and this should give a good impression of Prompto's tone and range. Mai's voice can be described as bland as her apathetic expressions typically are. Her amusement typically is more sarcastic than not and when there is emotion to her tones, it's usually either exasperation or amusement. Energetic or passionate tones are more reserved for the times Mai cares just a bit more than usual. Age has brought more inflections into her tones however. She doesn't quite hide her emotions as thoroughly as she once did and her steadily apathetic tone can break with mild notes of joy, sorrow and more. SCENT Spicy, given Mai's preference for spicier foods. She's also particular about the soaps she uses and always, always smells clean if she can help it. MISC. Almost every creature in Avatar is a mix of two or more creatures so honestly, none of the animals here really shock her. She speaks politely, or tries to when not distracted, and will switch from first to third person depending on how she feels. She always sounds different when in various states of distress, ranging from this when she's disappointed/ecstatic to this when in pure distress. She's a very expressive, loud, and vocal person when an emotion hits her right in the gut. SCENT Juvia probably doesn't have that strong of a scent to her, but will occasionally wear perfume if the mood strikes her. If she is wearing some, it's going to be floral scented. MISC. Can be found always doing odd jobs that, one or or another, her water can be used in. His voice can become a bit more manic and harsh if he's going off on a rant at Heine, but Heine's not here, so... SCENT He tends to smell very clean, no products thanks to his own sensitive sense of smell, and for anyone with enhanced senses...he smells like metal, blood, and dog. MISC. Giovanni doesn't require food in order to survive, but CAN eat. He's a genetically engineered monstrosity with autonomic regeneration, enhanced speed and strength, and heightened senses. SOUND Angel's speech is on the formal side, both from her strict upbringing, and as part of the Guardian Angel AI (and how it became a role she was rarely not playing) though she occasionally will slip into more casual speak akin to someone her age. An example of both in this dialogue exchange! SCENT Angel smells like a hospital- very sterile but also like her body isn't holding up completely- with a touch of ozone. MISC. Special diet? Angle is weird about touch. She's spent so many years without it as a regular thing (and when it did happen it was things like invasive surgery, her overbearing and controlling father etc etc) that she's now put off by it/overwhelmed by it and will shy away unless she's making the first move.
