Does her voice truly affect those who hear it?
[ Logically Reign knew that songs and the person who sing it carried emotions, whether it be happy or sad, angry or haunting, etc. But he didn't think it would really hold much
power
over anyone. ]
It's not as if she has a magical voice, right?
