Heero doesn't care that Kaworu is not helping. Could not care less, in fact, because he's in much the same mood himself. He also refuses to narrate his thoughts on the sleeping person in the pod he often comes to gaze into. If the Observers are as omnipotent as they claim, he figures, they should already know whatever he has to say about her.
He's noticed Kaworu there once or twice. Until now, Heero has only stood nearby in silence, tending to his own moment of watchful waiting, and then leaving as quietly as he came.
However, he's begun to wonder if Kaworu ever moves from that spot. From the corner of his eye, Heero spares a glance at the pod Kaworu is always staring into, seeing nothing remarkable there... which really leaves only one plausible explanation, he thinks.
