I am, yes. While I know several spells that could be considered "healing," I tend to think of it more in terms of "curing." As I said, I'm adept at breaking magical curses, and I can also treat poisons, disease, and the like. But if you have a laceration, the most I can do is significantly enhance your body's natural healing-- to the point where it would heal much more quickly than it would otherwise, but I couldn't wave my wand and make it vanish.
