[No more trouble than anyone else. She waves her tail faintly, responding to the attempt he puts into stroking her, and it's true that she's softness and warmth. Only for a moment, though, because his hands are like ice and surely his fingers will cramp, so she bows her head to his exposed hand, and unabashedly licks it. Not just a lick, but she laps, as animals will, caring nothing for manmade societal rules. Her goal is singular and simple: to keep him from freezing to death, although would he just return to reality? Hopefully she's at least showing him that he ought to bring along more cover, maybe some gloves, in the real-world.

When she's satisfied that his hand isn't in any danger, she yawns, ears pinning back, before rounding him, and finally, she paws at his hands to get them into his lap, then she follows, laying over them to keep them toasty, the mass of her sprawling over his lap to shelter him.
