[He's in one of the kitchens when she finds him, standing over a pan sizzling with some kind of delicious-looking (and smelling) food. Much as it may not be suggested by initial appearances, Kagari is a really good cook. It's one of his favorite hobbies, especially when he gets to cook for someone else. Today, he's just doing it to pass the time while they're stuck up here on the station, but he seems in pretty high spirits about it--whistling a tune as he digs a spatula under some kind of eggs to flip them, then pressing down to allow a satisfying crackle of frying oil.
Maybe Amaterasu is drawn in by the scent of cooking food, or maybe she remembers the young man who had scratched her tummy and taken a selfie with her, all those months ago, but find him she does--and he may or may not be very slightly bowled over by her. There may be, very literally, egg on his face. and the floor. (mostly the floor.) But it also knocks his phone out of his pocket, conveniently engaging the social app. He doesn't notice immediately, because he's suddenly struck by the fact that he knows this wolf, but he will, very soon.]

[She just looks like an average white wolf to him, of course--and rationally, he knows it wasn't necessarily this wolf he met on that first day en route to Wyver. But somehow, she just feels familiar, like he's known her all his life, even though that's impossible. It's an oddly comforting feeling, though, and for once -- he doesn't fight it.]
