A larger part of him believes the gravity of this situation, disregards the absurdities of it and feels compelled to help leave the world a better place than he found it, even if that world is now astronomically larger in scope and scale. It's hard to not question so many things for that very reason. Too many unknown variables he doesn't understand, and maybe it's a testament to his personality or his history in Blackwatch--or the other way around--but he'd be a lot more content verifying those unknown variables with his own eyes.]
