[A dog...? No - that's much too big to be a dog, isn't it?! Atsushi can't help but stare, more surprised than afraid. What fear he does feel is more for the wolf's sake than his own: if it attacks, he's pretty sure he can defend himself... but he'd rather not hurt it, especially if it's only doing what comes natural to it.
There is a small row of people he's all wishing would wake up: young and old, male and female. Sometimes it's scary, seeing them like this, but at least if he sees them he knows they are alive... even if they're asleep. Still, it is painful, and the distraction of the wolf is welcome. Atsushi sits up with a sigh that subconsciously echoes the wolf's. He's not sure why he's this fascinated, but he is. He shuffles closer on all fours, staying low so he doesn't seem threatening, and offers a hand for the wolf to sniff when he comes close enough. He's pretty sure dogs appreciate that kind of thing, anyway...]
