Hopefully, the young man doesn't have a lot of shame, because it's not like Reinhardt carries a net or anything. Instead, he just takes off his shirt. It's fine though, because he always has that nice crisp white undershirt under. So it's not like he's shirtless. Plus the thing is massive. It makes for the perfect sack.
