He's going to hate this.

[There's no small amount of glee there too, though it's clearly not mean-spirited: he's aiming for a friendly sort of ribbing, not genuine upset. It's right about now, however, that Sherlock's tone and expression register properly and Dirk adopts an inquisitorial -- nosy -- squint, one hand coming up to aim a breezy point in Sherlock's general direction.]
