Steph learned a lot from her time as Robin, from Bruce and a lot from Tim during her time as Spoiler, but neither of them taught her to fight. Dinah and Cass did. And this Bruce doesn't have years of knowing how she moves, years of watching her and even sometimes fighting alongside her.
This Bruce is brand new, and Steph knows that she's good.
She doesn't wait around to see if he wants to make the first move, Steph just dives right on in. There's some grace in her movements, that's undeniable, but she fights more like a boxer than anything, all the flips and shit are distractions to make her a harder target, unpredictable, rather than being about attacking. Normally she's chatty in a fight but that seems superfluous now, Bruce isn't some stupid gangster who can be goaded into anger, or distracted with an insult, so she'll let her body do the talking. Winning isn't likely to be on the table, but that doesn't mean she can't give him a run for his money which is exactly what she plans to do.
She moves quick and hard, not holding back. If anyone can handle it, Bruce can, and if she's being honest with herself, it's a relief to cut loose.]
