Wanda's had a few months' head start on Pietro, but the displays are still useful. She didn't get to see much of Wyver in her desperate attempt to find Daenerys and it was hardly a 'normal' two months in Olympia. Still, she knows enough to grab the best samples of food and drink. If she's lucky, maybe she'll finish before Pietro takes everything in.
