I have only seen two kingdoms, Olympia and Wyver. Olympia is a bit like Westeros in some ways. There are no great Houses and bannermen sworn to them. The only knights are among the Royal Guard, but men who serve there don't swear any vows.

Wyver was warmer. It had jungles and dragons. It was...strange, but there was something about it that was familiar. [Mainly the dragons.] My family didn't like the heat, so we returned to Olympia, somewhere familiar.

The Natha, I haven't seen very much of them.
