The only sign that 76 gets that there's any kind of change going on in Reinhardt is the shift in his accent, where it's a little heavier when he next speaks up. He knows it tends to shift depending on the situation, though, and who he's talking to, so he doesn't make too much of it. He assumes that the spell won't really be lifted until the simulation has ended and they're both aware of their actual surroundings in the space station.

Of course Reinhardt would want to know his name. This definitely isn't the time to come clean with the truth, when his admittance to being Jack Morrison back from the dead wouldn't actually mean anything to his former teammate. So he sticks with what he's been using with all of the strangers he's met so far.

"You can call me 76." It's the number emblazoned on the back of his jacket. Not really a name, but it's all he can offer right now.

As they get to the edge of the camp, people rush forward to help them with the last twenty feet or so.
