[ That's a definite brow-rub of exasperation from Angela, and it's not as if Jack can blame her. Moira is a thorn in his side as well, though he does think that Angela might be able to get more information out of her than he would. There is a mutual respect between them that possibly still exists now. Moira appreciates, if nothing else, a smart scientific mind, which is exactly what Angela possesses.

The next bombshell she takes as well as could be expected—it will take some time to sink in, Jack imagines. Even then, it likely won't feel real until Angela sees Reyes for herself, though Jack would guess it's only a matter of time before that comes about. ]

For me, the year is 2076. [ That alone is a loaded statement, because as far as Angela had known, he died six years prior to that. Jack doesn't linger on that proclamation, though, quickly continuing with his explanation. The red vine hanging slack between them has been forgotten in light of more important subjects, for now. ] But the last thing he remembers from home is the Null Sector incident.

[ That's an event that Angela will remember quite well, given that she'd been part of the strike team Jack had elected to send down into London. More than that, she'd been one of the people to convince him to make that decision, along with Ana and Lena.

This isn't even touching on the whole Reaper aspect of this, which is something that Jack will need to tell Angela eventually. Now that Gabriel himself knows about it, there doesn't seem to be much point in keeping it a secret. Jack doesn't know if he would go as far as to say that she should be wary of Gabriel as he is now, but it's still something she should have in mind, especially with how El Nysa can alter people at whim. ]
