What would help is if he knew what he was doing wrong to provoke this kind of a reaction from Keith in the first place because he doesn't think he said anything out place?

Unless a year here gave Keith some inexplicable sensitivity about his mullet... which yeaaaaah, that's weird, but not the weirdest thing about this place either. A year's a long time and who knows. Anything can happen, right?
